The Eunuch’s Search For Truth
Shaba was a great warrior and elder of the city of Napata. He could think of no other way to bring prosperity back to Napata than to offer a sacrificial gift to the Queen. Shaba, and the elders of Napata decide that gift must be Alamani, Shaba’s only son. But before they present Alamani to Queen Amanitore, he is made a eunuch to be more useful in her service.
Join Alamani’s journey as he rises from being a lowly servant to a man of great importance in the kingdom of Nubia. Alamani is sent to Alexandria, Egypt where he meets Caleb, a young Jewish man. This starts Alamani down a path that will eventually lead him to go to Jerusalem to worship and then to meet Philip the evangelist in the desert returning home (Acts 8:26-40). The heartwarming ending lets us see the transforming power of the gospel of Christ as Alamani returns home to Nubia. This story has a rich historical context and enough action and character development to keep you in suspense.
The Prayer of Cornelius
While fighting in Germania, Cornelius comes face to face with his own mortality. Somehow, impossibly spared from death, he begins to wonder for what purpose. Was it fate, or was there some God who had spared his life by direct intervention?
This begins Cornelius’ search to find this unknown God and to thank Him for sparing his life. By the providence of God, Cornelius is brought to Caesarea Maritima and meets the Jews that live in that city. There he begins to learn of the God of Israel, the Creator of all things. But something amazing is happening in Galilee that Samuel, the leader of the synagogue has to investigate. Rumors that a man was performing miracles prompts Samuel to wonder if the Messiah has finally come.
Cornelius is caught up in the discussions and intrigue of the investigations, but before they can come to a full conclusion Jesus is put to death and this brings an end to their hopes and speculations. But the story is far from over, when Cornelius offers up a heartfelt prayer, it changes not only his life, but everyone around him!

My goal in writing was to produce works of fiction that were family friendly. There is not as much clean fiction out there today as there used to be in generations past.
It was important for me to write wholesome stories that teach the values of honor, sacrifice, and the consequences of wrong actions no matter how insignificant they may seem.
I wanted to make the books adventurous, suspenseful, and one that would make you care deeply about the characters.
